Hunter Character Customization choices



This system is optional, but in place for those who want some direction in creating their characters.



Step One: Choose no more than two unclassified powers. These will be in your starter build and a part of your character's specialization.

Step Two: Choose no more than two powers from Tier One. These will be in your starter build and a part of your character's specialization.

Step Three: Choose no more than two powers from Tier Two. These will be in your starter build and a part of your character's specialization

Step Four: Choose no more than two powers from Tier Three. These will be in your starter build and a part of your character's specialization

Step Four: Choose no more than two powers from Tier Four. These will be in your starter build and a part of your character's specialization

Step Five: Choose no more than two powers from the General list. These will be in your starter build and a part of your character's specialization

Step Six: If you desire, you may select two abilities from the Human list because Otherkin are considered to have the same capabilities as humans.

You are limited to no more than 8 powers for your starter build. Choose them carefully. They will be the powers your character is most adept at and what comes most intuitively to them.



Unclassified List



Radiant Strength: Slightly stronger than mortals; muscles infused with divine vitality that manifests especially when protecting innocents

Blessed Endurance: Can fight through exhaustion and resist pain, bleeding, or fatigue longer than any human.

Lightfoot Agility: Natural quickness and precision; they move slightly faster than mortals, their steps echoing softly like whispers of light.

Solar Regeneration: Wounds heal faster in sunlight or under divine energy, leaving faint traces of glowing scars.

Sanctified Reflexes: Heightened awareness and reaction speed triggered by danger or evil presences.

Eidetic Radiance: Perfect recall of anything seen in true light; they can “replay” visual memory as if illuminated anew..

Clairillumination:: Visions granted by higher light; glimpses of possible futures or truths obscured by darkness..

Photo Reading: can extract meaning from written words, symbols, or magical texts simply by touching them and channeling inner light..

Illuminated Insight: intuitive understanding of spiritual auras, detecting lies, corruption, or fear in others as flickering shadows.

Revelation Trance: Through prayer or meditation, they can commune directly with their source of light for wisdom or clarity..

Divine Channeling: can briefly become a conduit for celestial energy, glowing eyes and voices resonating with holy authority.

Faith Mantle: Unwavering belief forms a shield of radiant force, deflecting minor curses, demonic energy, or psychological intrusion..

Smite of Dawn: Their attacks can momentarily ignite with pure light, burning through unholy creatures..


Voice of Benediction: Words carry supernatural weight; they can bless, calm, inspire courage, or drive back darkness.


Beacon of Conviction: Their inner faith shines like a beacon on the battlefield, weakening creatures of shadow..


Lumen Collective when multiple members unite, their light synchronizes—powers amplify, senses sharpen, and healing intensifies.


Radiant Chorus through a prayer or chant performed together, they can invoke blinding fields of light that purify an area.


Shared Vision: members linked by faith can see through each other’s eyes for brief moments.


Covenant Pulse: in proximity, their heartbeats align, boosting morale and repairing minor wounds collectively.


Eclipse Ward: by sacrificing personal strength for the group, one hunter can create a temporary radiant barrier shielding allies from harm..










Earn these with the task system



Tier One:

Ritual Mark: Etch a glowing sigil on your body or weapon — amplifies damage against one chosen species.

Sanctity of purpose: Immune to mind control or fear while pursuing a sanctified target.

Oathbound Strike: Swear an oath before battle; your first attack against that foe cannot miss.

Pain Transference: Channel your pain to an ally temporarily to keep fighting — many pairs train to endure this together.

Iron Faith: Bless your blood — poisons, curses, or corruptive magic have diminished effect.



Tier Two

Relic Weaponry: Infuse a blessed relic (cross, charm, rune) into a weapon for radiant effects.

Hunter's Code: Once per encounter, enforce moral compulsion on allies — they cannot knowingly betray or retreat from a sacred vow.

Silent Step: Light bends slightly around your feet; perfect for stalking in moonlight or shadow.

Intercession Leap into harm’s way for another; damage is halved between you.

Purging Flame Release burned blood onto a weapon or ground, searing unnatural creatures nearby.



Tier Three:

Atonement Rite Restore your faith through suffering; hours of self‑flagellation or prayer clear corruption and restore light energy.

Soul Brand Mark a creature’s essence — the branded cannot enter consecrated ground or hide from your senses.

Light Infusion Pour radiant power into another being, infusing them with temporary sanctified strength.

Blood vow Form a literal blood pact with another hunter — share endurance and vitality until one dies.

Expiation Circle Create a circle where sin and lies are stripped away; those entering are laid bare.



Tier Four

Solar Asceticism Through fasting and sunlight meditation, ignore hunger, thirst, and sleep for days.

Twilght Judgement When near death, unleash a final blinding explosion of holy energy, sacrificing yourself to destroy darkness

Crucible of Faith Upon mortal injury, channel all remaining life into nearby hunters, doubling their power briefly.

Martyr's Echo After death, your light lingers briefly — whispers strategies or reveals hidden threats to allies.

Seraph's Penance Rare miracle: transfigure for moments into a being of radiant wrath — wings of flame, voice of thunder.
