Vampires own the night — and much of the day. Shifters guard the borders. Witches bend the weather. Humans survive.

A SHADOW OF THE OLD WORLD. The lights still glow. The trains still run. But there are curfews now. Divided districts. Licenses to exist. Humans are no longer at the top of the food chain. Some resist. Most obey. Complaints do not last long in Sanctuary.
